I'm taking on the December Daily Dash this year. I'm going to run, walk or jog 5k every day in December (including Christmas Day!) to raise funds for Sue Ryder and help them be there when it matters. All who know me are well aware I am not a natural runner, however my husband was and I am doing this for him, and the people who looked after us, however cold it gets! 

£21 pays for an hour of specialist nursing care 

£150 could ensure the Hospice at Home nurses have a mobile working bag to carry the essential supplies they need to give expert care to someone in the community in their home.

£500 pays for a day of inpatient care 

The wonderful human beings at Leckhampton Court are doing the most incredible job for the most vulnerable in full PPE and still providing care and support for those who need it most. They are experiencing a £2 million a month shortfall and losing a further £500,00 as a result of their charity shops being closed.
